Return & Refund Policy – 14 Days, Manufacturing Defects Only

We stand behind the quality of our products. All sales are final except for items with verified manufacturing defects. We offer refunds only for defective items reported within 14 calendar days of receipt. No other returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

  • The defect must be a manufacturing fault, confirmed by our inspection team.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable unless the defect existed prior to customization and is unrelated to the customization process.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

Reporting a Defect

  • You must notify us by email at yankeesoutherlase@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos showing the defect.
  • Items must not be returned without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no refund will be issued.

Return Process

  1. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  2. Approved defective items must be shipped to:

  3. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to verify the defect. If confirmed, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  4. If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Exclusions

  • Non-defective items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards, digital products, or hazardous materials
  • Damage caused by shipping carriers (claims must be filed directly with the carrier)
  • Lost packages not reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

Final Terms
This policy is non-negotiable. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any exceptions must be explicitly approved in writing by our management prior to return shipment.
